What services does New Collar offer?

We offer 90 and 365 day support for your frontline leaders through our cohort model. We challenge and encourage your leaders to level up and become redemptive leaders.

How does the process work?

Our clients send us 10-12 of their leaders at a time to complete our NC90 experience. Select participants will be invited to join our year round leadership community called NC365

Who are your typical clients?
